Who We Are
CIDARS Homes and Properties Ltd began operations on 24 February 2022 with a simple but powerful conviction: everyone deserves an opportunity to own property and build a secure future.
We believe that owning land should not be something people begin to think about only when they are much older. Property ownership is one of the strongest foundations for financial security, wealth creation and generational legacy. This belief is at the heart of what we do at CIDARS.
Our dream is to see young Nigerians begin their property journey early. We want to inspire a generation that understands the value of land and starts investing towards becoming property owners from as early as age 20.

Nigeria has a significant housing deficit, and we believe the solution requires the combined efforts of government, responsible real estate developers, investors and individuals. CIDARS is committed to playing its part by making genuine land, affordable housing and secure real estate investment opportunities accessible to more people.
We are involved in land acquisition and sales, estate development, property development and real estate investment opportunities. We carefully source and curate properties in strategic and promising locations, with a strong emphasis on proper due diligence and the security of our clients' investments.
For us, real estate goes beyond selling plots of land. We want to create places where people can own, build, live, invest, grow and leave something valuable for the next generation.
From our beginnings in 2022, our footprint has continued to grow, with property interests and developments across different locations and a vision to take CIDARS across Nigeria, Africa and eventually the world.

We are particularly passionate about encouraging young adults to begin investing in property early, with our Own Land Before 25 vision inspiring a new generation to see land ownership as an important part of building their future.

We are also passionate about encouraging Nigerians in the diaspora, particularly our people from the South-East, to come home, invest at home, build at home and become part of the development of their communities.
